The stuff was knowledgeable, they made the stay just perfect. We got an upgrade to a great-sized and compact room with a storage, a writing desk, and an iron.

Property was amazing, with extremely helpful staff and absolutely perfect location right next to the metro. The breakfast was satisfactory, with variety of meals.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was pretty slow plus the bed of mine was very uncomfortable.

Location: the hotel was not far from EU Quarter, the center of Brussels next to shops, restaurants and Grand Place and Grand Place and the shopping streets. And there was Bia Mara with short-orders a super close walk to the venue, super convenient.

Amazing property, has competent staff at check-out. Compact and large room with comfortable beds, a balcony, WiFi, and reliable internet. Best possible location, quite a walk from Lower Town. Just 5 min walk to downtown. Located short walk from a subway station in a fantastic area.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, being very close to everything central in Brussels. It was right in the center of Brussels, which made it convenient for visiting the major tourist attractions. it was superbly located very near to the palace and quite close to shops. The room was modern and had everything needed, including a kitchenette that allowed guests to save money by cooking their own meals. The large bathtub in the bathroom was great for relaxing after a long day of exploring.
The breakfast had limited choices.
